Objectives
From this session, the student is expected to:
Know what is sustainability in management and in project management
Understand what is sustainability at society level, corporate level, project level
Know what are the key elements to take into account in a project and in a project management
Be able to adapt a business strategy and activities while protecting and sustaining the human and natural resources
Be able to balance or harmonize social, environmental and economic interests
Be able to develop indicators for incorporating the concept of sustainability in project management processes and reporting
